What are the care instructions for my item?

Hand wash the item using cold water and then allow it to air dry. If you are going to use a washing machine, use the gentle cycle. Do NOT dry any items in a drying machine. ALL items should be air dried. Do NOT iron items for any reason.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations at this point in time. ALL sales are final. If you do have any problems with your order, please feel free to contact us via email.

when will my order ship?

Processing time is currently 5-7 business days. After your order has shipped, Milk and Honey Crochets is NOT responsible for any delays by the delivering servicer.

Do you offer different sizing?

At this point in time, ALL items are one size fits all. Refer to item description for measurement information. If you have any problems with sizing upon receiving your order please contact us via email.

Do you take custom orders?

We are currently NOT accepting any custom orders.

Can i change my address once my order as been submitted?

Please double check your address before submitting your order. If you notice you entered the wrong address, please contact us via email immediately. We will ship your order to the address you provided upon submission. Once your order has been shipped, addresses cannot be changed, no exceptions.
